Terms of service
These are the rules we all agree to when you play on Spinago. We’ve written them the way a reasonable person would — direct about what we will and won’t do, with the tricky parts (bonuses, KYC, disputes) spelled out rather than buried.
Short version: one account per person, be 18+, tell the truth on KYC, play fair, and if something goes wrong tell us early. Everything else below.
Your agreement with Spinago
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Spinago Casino (“Spinago,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by them.
If you don’t agree with anything here, don’t register and don’t play. If you’ve already registered and find something you can’t accept, you can close your account at any time under Section 12.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms published on the Promotions page, and any specific game rules shown inside individual titles. Where these documents overlap, the most specific one applies to the situation.
Who can use Spinago
To play on Spinago you must meet every one of these conditions:
You are 18 years or older. No exceptions. Accounts opened by anyone younger will be closed and any balance will be forfeited. If you’re a parent or guardian and think a minor has registered, email [email protected] — we act the same day.
You are acting on your own behalf. No opening accounts for other people, no syndicates, no bots.
You live in a jurisdiction where online casino play is legal or unregulated. It’s your responsibility to know your local law. We block registrations from jurisdictions that explicitly prohibit offshore online casinos (the current list is on the registration page), but we rely on you to tell the truth about where you live.
You are not a Spinago employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family of one. This avoids conflicts of interest around testing, promotions, and responsible gaming monitoring.
You have not previously self-excluded or been banned from Spinago. If you’re uncertain whether a past account exists, contact support before registering a new one.
Your account
You may only hold one active Spinago account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened by the same person, from the same household, IP, device, payment instrument, or deliberately shared credentials — will be closed. Any wagering activity on duplicates is forfeit.
You’re responsible for keeping your password and login details private. If someone else accesses your account because you shared your password, wrote it on a sticky note, or reused it from a breached site, that’s on you — though we’ll help you recover the account and we’ll reverse fraudulent transactions where we reasonably can.
Enable two-factor authentication in Account Settings. It adds seconds to login and prevents most account takeover attacks. Biometric sign-in (Face ID, Touch ID) is available in the mobile app.
Keep your registered details current. If you move house, change phone number, or switch email, update it yourself or email support. Withdrawals to outdated details can fail, and that’s avoidable.
Identity verification (KYC)
Before we process your first withdrawal — and sometimes sooner, if a risk flag fires — you’ll be asked to verify your identity. This is standard at every licensed casino and required by anti-money-laundering law.
You’ll upload a photo of a valid government ID (driver’s licence, passport, or national ID card) and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued in the last three months). We may also request a selfie verification or additional documents if the first set is unclear or inconsistent.
Verification usually takes under 24 hours. Withdrawals and, in some cases, further deposits are paused until it completes. If verification fails or documents look forged, we’ll close the account and report to the relevant authority where required by law.
We may re-verify your identity periodically, after significant wagering or withdrawal activity, or if the information on file no longer matches your payment instrument.
Deposits, withdrawals, and dormant accounts
Deposits. Minimum deposit is A$20 on most methods; the cashier shows the exact minimum and maximum for each. Deposits clear instantly for cards, PayID, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency (after one network confirmation), and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
Withdrawals. You can only withdraw funds using the same method (or same beneficiary name) used to deposit, unless we agree otherwise in writing. This prevents money laundering. Withdrawals require verified KYC. Typical clearance: PayID and stablecoins within minutes, native crypto after one confirmation, cards and bank transfers 1–3 business days.
Withdrawal reviews. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional review, which can take up to 72 hours. We may request additional KYC before releasing unusually large amounts.
Fees. Spinago doesn’t charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network fees are paid to the blockchain (not to us). Your bank may charge fees on SWIFT transfers; those are outside our control.
Reversing deposits. Once a deposit is credited and any part of it is wagered, it cannot be reversed as a simple refund. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, your account will be closed and any remaining balance investigated.
Dormant accounts. An account is dormant if there’s no login or real-money activity for 12 consecutive months. After that, a monthly inactivity fee (currently A$10 or equivalent) may be deducted from any remaining balance until it reaches zero. We’ll email you twice before this starts. Log in or withdraw your balance before then to avoid it.
Bonuses, promotions, and wagering
The current welcome bonus is A$7,500 in bonus credit plus 500 free spins, credited across your first deposits of A$20 or more. Full terms are on the Promotions page — please read them before opting in. Summary:
Wagering requirement: 35× on the bonus amount (not bonus plus deposit). Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering; table games and live dealer games contribute less or sometimes nothing. The contribution table is on the Promotions page.
Maximum bet while wagering: A$5 per spin or round. Exceeding this can forfeit the bonus and winnings derived from it.
Expiry: 30 days from the moment the bonus is credited. Unused bonus credit expires.
Withdrawing with an active bonus: If you withdraw deposit funds before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings tied to it are forfeit.
Bonus abuse. We define abuse as wagering patterns designed to exploit rather than enjoy promotions — for example, placing equal bets on opposing outcomes to clear wagering risk-free, using VPNs to claim region-restricted promotions, or opening duplicate accounts. Where we detect abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any related winnings, and to close the account. We err on the side of players in ambiguous cases.
You can decline any bonus at the cashier when you deposit. If you already opted in but changed your mind before wagering begins, contact support and we’ll remove it.
Fair play and game integrity
Spinago games come from independent studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, Endorphina, Evoplay, Spribe, and others — each certified by independent testing labs. We do not control game outcomes and cannot rig a spin, hand, or wheel in our favour or yours.
Every game has a house edge. Over the long run, the house wins on average — that’s how the industry sustains itself. Short-term outcomes are random. Please play for entertainment, not as a source of income.
The following are prohibited and will result in closure of your account, forfeiture of balance, and possible referral to authorities:
Cheating, including use of bots, automated play software, collusion with other players, or any technique that exploits a game bug or server error rather than playing it as designed.
Technical interference, including scraping, reverse-engineering, abuse of APIs, or any attempt to bypass security, geolocation, age verification, or wagering requirements.
Fraudulent payment activity, including using stolen cards, money laundering, structuring, or initiating chargebacks on legitimate gameplay losses.
Disputed game rounds. If a round appears to pay incorrectly, server records are the source of truth. Contact support within 30 days and we’ll investigate. Game providers also retain their own logs.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment you pay for, not a way to make money. Every Spinago account comes with tools to help you keep it that way, accessible in Account Settings:
Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) that you can set yourself. Tightening is instant; loosening requires a cooling-off period.
Loss limits that automatically lock play once hit.
Session timers and reality checks that pause play at an interval you choose.
Self-exclusion, which locks your account for a period from seven days to permanent. Once a self-exclusion starts, it cannot be shortened.
If you or someone you know needs support, these services are free and independent of Spinago:
Gambling Help Online — 1800 858 858 (24/7)
BetStop — betstop.gov.au (National Self-Exclusion Register)
Lifeline — 13 11 14 (crisis support)
Beyond Blue — 1300 22 4636 (mental health)
Spinago reserves the right to proactively limit, pause, or close an account if we observe wagering patterns that strongly indicate gambling harm, including in the absence of a direct request from you. We take this seriously and would rather lose a customer than contribute to harm.
Errors, outages, and disputes
Technology fails sometimes. If a game stops mid-round because of a server issue, an internet drop, or a provider outage, your wager is usually refunded once the session reconnects and the game state is recovered. For games where recovery isn’t possible, the provider’s logs decide the outcome.
If a display bug ever shows you a win that wasn’t actually paid by the game server — a payout table rendering incorrectly, a balance flash that doesn’t persist — the server record is authoritative. We’ll explain clearly what happened and refund any confirmed wagers affected.
How to raise a dispute. Contact live chat or email [email protected]. Describe what happened, when, and include any screenshots you have. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve most cases within 10 business days. Keep dispute correspondence in writing — it protects both sides.
Escalation. If we can’t reach agreement, you can escalate to the Curaçao eGaming authority through their complaints process at curacao-egaming.com. Independent review is a feature of a licensed casino, not a bug.
Intellectual property
The Spinago name, logo, website design, and original content are ours and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may link to Spinago freely and share screenshots on social media for personal use, but you may not copy the site, republish substantive content, reverse-engineer the software, or build a competing product using our materials.
Individual games on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective studios. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used here under licence.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinago’s total liability to you for any claim relating to your account, play, or use of the service is limited to the funds actually held in your account at the time the claim arose.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, loss of profits, loss of data unrelated to gameplay, or loss of reputation — even if we were told those losses were possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
Some services on Spinago rely on third parties (payment processors, game providers, identity verification). Where a third-party failure causes you a loss, we’ll work with you to resolve it, but direct liability for that third party’s conduct rests with them.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Email [email protected] or use the Close Account option in Account Settings. Before closure, withdraw any remaining balance; we’ll help you complete KYC if you haven’t yet. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened; you’d need to register a new one.
We can close your account in the following circumstances:
breach of these Terms; failed KYC; suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; use of prohibited software; sanctions-list match; regulatory requirement; prolonged inactivity; or your repeated, explicit request after we have explained alternatives.
Where we close an account for cause, we’ll explain the reason in writing. Funds from legitimate gameplay will be returned; funds derived from abuse or fraud will be withheld and, where appropriate, reported.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or operational updates. The current version is always on this page with the effective date at the top.
For material changes — anything that meaningfully reduces your rights or increases your obligations — we’ll notify you by email and with an in-app banner at least 30 days before the new version takes effect. You can close your account during that window if you disagree.
Minor clarifications (fixing typos, rewording for readability) take effect immediately and are logged in our internal change register.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication or through the Curaçao eGaming complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, except where mandatory local consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
For Australian players: nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
